At Biryani Factory, we aim to deliver hot, fresh, and high-quality food directly to your doorstep in a timely manner. This Delivery Policy outlines how we handle food delivery, coverage, and delays.
🔹 1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to select areas within Tirupati.
To check if your location is serviceable:
Use the location selection tool at before placing your order.
If your area is not covered, you’ll be informed before checkout.
🔹 2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is typically 30–60 minutes from order confirmation. Actual time may vary depending on:
Order size and complexity
Time of day (peak vs non-peak hours)
Weather, traffic, or rider availability
🔹 3. Real-Time Order Tracking
Once your order is placed, you'll receive updates via SMS or in-app (if enabled), including:
Order confirmation
Dispatch status
Estimated time of arrival (ETA)
🔹 4. Delays or Failed Delivery
We strive to be punctual, but delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If a delivery is significantly delayed or fails due to our error (e.g., wrong address entry by us, rider issues), we will either:
Offer a replacement, or
Initiate a full refund as per our Refund Policy
If the delay is due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or unreachable contact number, no refund or redelivery will be applicable.
🔹 5. Delivery Partner
We use Logiskit and other logistics providers to ensure timely and secure delivery. Their personnel are trained to handle food with care and hygiene.

To ensure correct delivery, our delivery partners may:
Call the number provided before/after reaching
Ask for OTP (if applicable)
Verify name or address verbally
Returns
Items can not be returned
